He had the car brought around for me to inspect and test drive. I was able to take extra time to really make sure it was the right car for us. He was very polite, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a pleasure to talk to. This dealer is a hidden gem, tucked away off the street - huge lot of all makes/models up to very high-end cars, large interior showroom with nice, modern lobby, sales and offices. Pricing on the car I bought was excellent - if I had gotten it from a Volvo dealership pre-owned, I would have needlessly paid a couple thousand more. Having purchased several cars over the past couple of years, this was the most pleasant experience I have had so far. Every person I talked to was professional and polite - from the lady who booked my appointment, Jay (manager), and Chase who took care of the financials/paperwork. Also, the detail people took care of some minor tweaks before I took the car home. I am a picky shopper and easily put off, so their efforts were very much appreciated. I will definitely be a return customer next time I'm in the market for another car. More
