I scheduled to see a SUV, confirmed my schedule, came in next morning they said it was just sold. Had my wife call in while I'm sitting in the parking lot, they said it was still available. Tried to sell me a car with twice the miles for the same price. Also dealer fee is nearly $700. Yes Toby apologized, and said it had just been sold, but the car is still listed on the site as I type this. Wasted my time. Stay away. More

Unfortunately, my 2017 Lexus ES 350 was totaled due to an accident. So now, I needed a new car. We previously purchased my daughter's first car from Marietta Auto Sales for a great price. I went in with my mind set on looking at 2 particular cars; but once we walked the lot to view the cars, our sales person, Percy, began to educate us on the various models. He encouraged us to look, touch, and feel the cars. I test drove 2 different vehicles. Once it was all said and done, we settled for a completely different car, which I absolutely love! Everyone is always professional and knowledgeable. No regrets! I would highly recommend them for your car buying needs! More

Refused to make it right my husband is ready to purchase a new truck. Sold his to get out from under it and finds a truck he loves online... from this "business". He calls and gets all the details worked out and is asked to come in and make a deal. He goes to Marietta Auto Sales to look at this truck he found online (that he already called about) to find out that it's not even on the lot as assumed by whoever he spoke with. Regretfully, he does all the paperwork and leaves in a loaner and has the truck delivered that afternoon to our home since we do not live close by. He's told he has 3 days if he has any issues... day 2 he notices a noise when driving and calls to let them know. He gets a "well let's make an appointment to have it looked at" (this is a Friday) "oh but the service department is closed on saturdays." So he continues to TRY and stay in touch for an appointment. Obviously it is past the 3 days bc it was a weekend and they couldn't do anything about it. Fast forward about 5 weeks (still calling and nobody doing anything, still has dealer tag, hasn't even made 1st payment) and the truck has been leaking antifreeze. We take it somewhere local to find out exactly what is wrong so the dealership couldn't screw us over again. We took it back to Marietta Auto Sales to let them know the water pump has gone out, the brakes are shot, the front hub assembly is screwed up, the sunroof has a leak, and more... they told to come back and just trade it back in for something else BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT (what would cost them as a service department almost nothing but time) .... they give us an appraisal of $16,000.. we paid $24,000 TO BUY THIS TRUCK FROM THEM just a month prior. I get it that people are in it to make money, but when you throw away the desire to run a business in an ethical way and satisfy the customer as to have repeat business with said customer, you might as well shut the doors. As soon as we walked in we were met with an energetic little salesman who tried to pull our heart strings with his own "I've been screwed over before and know where you're coming from" story bc he thought he could ACTUALLY get us to take a $16,000 trade in value and basically add $8000 in negative equity onto another crappy vehicle from them. As soon as I opened my mouth and he knew we were ****** he immediately decided he was over being helpful and handed us off to the "GM" who "understood our frustration and was going to talk to the service Dept and see if they would do the labor if we fronted the parts" only to come back and tell us no, there was nothing he could do and we should have brought the truck back the day after it was delivered to us. I get that legally that may be the case for them, but as far as human decency and being an honorable person, THEY COMPLETELY MISS THE MARk. Do not fall for their business scheme, please! They absolutely will not make things right for you. More
