Went with my son to buy his first car on his own. Ultimately was his decision. He found exactly the car he wanted there and is a great car. His heart was set. I had found the same car on Cars.com from $3k cheaper to $4k higher, so once we were given the all in price of $17,837 with tax, tag, doc fee, and $599 car-care program listed individually, I asked for 1k deduction to pay cash and go. They came down to $16,779 “all-in”. My son agreed (it was his money) but after I pressed they admitted they had removed the ”car care” program ($599 even though they advertise it at $399) but everything else was the same. Then when we got into finance I discover sales tax has been added on top of the $16,779. Sales tax which was included in the “all-in”. Ultimately, we wound up buying the car with which he is very happy, because we Were worn out from searching and it was his exact car, but unfortunately we had to go through a dishonest salesman in Raul and an equally manipulative manager to get it. If you try to negotiate here, they’ll shake your hand and smile while they pick your pocket. Be careful. More

Bought car here with extended warranty. Did not get jnspectikn. Big mistake. Vehicle needed transmission, radiator and torque converter. Warranty made us take to Marietta auto for service. Never returned calls and made out lives a living xxxx just to get info our car. Took 2 weeks to do diagnostics! Car still has xxxxxxafter we had to take it back a second time; it broke down on highway on way home. Had car 7 weeks and still it has same vibration and humming it did when we dropped it off. Stay away! Toby is a jerk who knows nothing about customer service. Wish I could leave zero stars. More

Bought a $40k car cash from these people almost 3 months ago, got it home, had to buy a new battery the second week, a new sensor the week after that, and haven't been able to drive it in over a month bc I ago, got it home, had to buy a new battery the second week, a new sensor the week after that, and haven't been able to drive it in over a month bc I STILL DONT HAVE MY TAGS though I sent the docs they needed over a month ago then they had the nerve to charge me an additional $111 today before they would send the tag. Poor customer service after sale. Tricky tactics. I purchased a vehicle from Marietta Auto Sales 3 weeks ago. Please beware of their "No Warranty" clause because they obviously patched up some issues I purchased a vehicle from Marietta Auto Sales 3 weeks ago. Please beware of their "No Warranty" clause because they obviously patched up some issues with the vehicle they sold me and now I'm left with a vehicle with major issues. Be sure to THOROUGLY inspect the vehicle. They will also try to find some way to force a protection plan onto your sale that you don't need. Lastly, somehow my paperwork & documentation did not get handed to me after the sale of the vehicle. I've called on 3 different occasions within the last 3 weeks to speak with them on the matter, yet I still don't have anything. I wouldn't buy from them again, nor would I recommend them. More
