before i say anything, i would like to say that the salesman i worked with (chris) was great and i appreciate his willingness to work with me. however my experience with the dealership as a whole was a salesman i worked with (chris) was great and i appreciate his willingness to work with me. however my experience with the dealership as a whole was awful. i was told that the car needed a tire alignment, which it did, but two of my rims were also bent and needed to be replaced. a week later, my oil pan started leaking and it turns out they put in a drain plug that was too big, and expanded and cracked the oil pan, causing a leak. then they tried to seal it up with a silicon sealant instead of replacing the oil pan. i called chris about this and asked to speak to the sales manager to get them to replace it, but was not able to get in contact with any manager at all and ended up replacing it myself. i will never have anything to do with this company ever again, and i highly recommend everyone to do the same. they are very unprofessional with their work, and probably some of the worst in the industry. More

Bad representation On arrival I noticed truck had been in accident, something that had no been addressed. Sale rep Chante Frye continued to tell like a stereotypical sales person, “ it’s just minor, it’s not bad”, but was very noticeable. She gives me one story and manager gives me another. Sales manager shows me a made up form on her computer where any price could be added, telling me she was losing money. Even someone without any business background knows you don’t stay in business with a loss of $3400. I asked to look at several other vehicles and after looking at 3 others, Chante Frye told me to make a decision because we were not looking at any more. The bank had already forced them to drop the price to get it bought. After decision was made I found out the sales manager likes to brag about her big profits she makes on sales. They do have nice vehicles but be aware as it looks like many are bought with issues and given facelifts to resale. The most helpful person was internet specialist Melanie Thomas. I was asked to put a $500 hold on truck and after finding undisclosed issues, was told by sales rep I couldn’t get it back unless I purchased from them. I activated a credit card just for the deposit purpose, copies of my card were in my file and seen by numerous individuals. The evening of purchase, I had an alert from my credit card company that an attempted purchase was made. Card was only used by Marietta AutoSales. Just beware. More

Wasted hours of my time not honoring commitments! Positives- 1) Finance Manager was AWESOME. Last name Muhammad 2) They seem to take safety and health of employees seriously with social distancing Positives- 1) Finance Manager was AWESOME. Last name Muhammad 2) They seem to take safety and health of employees seriously with social distancing and PPE usage Negatives 1) Sales person knowledge 2) Honoring commitments 3) Respecting customer time 4) Solving problems when they arise HERE ARE THE FACTS Started deal April 15 During virtual tour of car (COVID 19 precaution) I immediately notice that front tires are larger than back tires. I tell Rosalinda that needs to be addressed by having 215/40/18 on all 4 tires. She agrees. All in writing via text. On Saturday April 18, I drove 300 miles round trip to complete deal After test drive gave $500 deposit immediately. Tires are not addressed but Rosalinda advises they will be by the time I wire full payment I wire money ($25 wire fee) on Monday Tell Rosalinda I will pick up car on Wednesday at noon Tell her that I need tires addressed as P235/45/18 on front and 215/40/18 on back is a safety hazard I arrive at dealership at 12:15 on Wednesday Tires now have 235/45/18 on all 4 tires!!!! Original tires are 215/40/18 Rosalinda tells me that the mechanic tells her that it is not a safety hazard. I ask them to turn the steering wheel and it shows that the tires are rubbing against the fender because they are too big!!! Toby approaches and spent 1 minute before he tells his team "y'all figure it out" and walks off Shayna tells me that my choices are to wait for them to put the original mismatched tires on or we can undo deal (they already have all of my money) So after 2 round trips - 600 miles, a $25 wire fee that I already paid and a full day wasted, and 3 days of holding my money, Shayna's best option to me was binary. After arriving at dealership at 12:15, I leave at 4 PM. There are way too many options in Atlanta for any dealer to treat any consumer this way. I did everything I said I would do, when I said I would do it. I had every commitment from them in writing via text. The car was for my 16 year old son. I am also in the market for a luxury sedan for myself. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO MARIETTA AUTO SALES REGARDLESS OF PRICE. More
