Was not a drawn out affair test drove vehicle, talked price they agreed, they attempted to beat my banks APR, detailed the vehicle and got keys all in a two hour window. I knew the vehicle I was going here for. My saleman Luis was good but the finance guy was the reason for me buying the car. I asked my salesman to make sure the car was detailed bc I was going to come back was good but the finance guy was the reason for me buying the car. I asked my salesman to make sure the car was detailed bc I was going to come back later to get it. He said no problem and he'd put some gas in it. I guess neither got done because I wiped my wheels and had black brake dust on my fingers and the gas was at the same spot when I test drove it. I also got my vehicle home and checked the oil little behold no oil in what so ever! I should have checked it at the dealership but I did not. I thought a dealership got a vehicle they automatically changed the oil and checked the fluids?? I guess make sure you cover all you p's and q's when making a purchase here and don't expect a used dealership to their job. More
In all honesty this dealership is a little suspect. Although my buying experience wasn’t horribly bad and the staff were polite and friendly you could quickly tell that they were not in your best inter Although my buying experience wasn’t horribly bad and the staff were polite and friendly you could quickly tell that they were not in your best interest. The red flags stuck out like a sore thumb to include: Non refundable security deposit, hidden dealer fees, no second key with vehicle and not willing to make it right, unable to get a clear answer on what inspection/maintenance the dealership provided pre sales. My educated guess would be that they probably washed the vehicles. If you haven’t researched what you're looking for or aren’t mechanic knowledgeable steer clear of this dealership. Had I read the reviews on this dealership before I flew 500 miles with my deposit already in their bank I would have certainly steered clear. More

Selling Cars with Engine Problems and Missing Parts I bought a 2019 used Nissan Altima over a month ago and on the second day of driving it the engine light came on. I emailed the sales rep who sold me I bought a 2019 used Nissan Altima over a month ago and on the second day of driving it the engine light came on. I emailed the sales rep who sold me the car and he told me to go to Nissan to have it checked out. I went to Nissan the next day and they said this car was in a bad accident and had engine problems along with missing engine parts that would not be covered by the full warranty I purchased from Marietta Auto Sales. I took the car back that very day and told them I didn't want it. They promised to have it fixed but never followed up with me during the weeks they were supposed to get the necessary parts. Fast forward, its been over 30 days, I still don't have the car and it is not fixed. They refuse to work with me by canceling the deal or offering me another vehicle. I will advise my associates, family and friends to never go to this place for a car. More
