Not being able to travel the 500 miles to look at the car, we had to rely on their reputation via reviews as well as the pictures and CarFax. When I contacted the dealership, Luis answered the phone and answered all of my questions as best he could. He also provided me with additional video of particular things about which I was concerned. He connected me with Chase and the two of them helped us through a complicated and stressful transaction very efficiently. We had the car shipped and are driving it now. I must say that they did not misrepresent it in any way and it is 95+ percent of what I hoped it would be. I could not be more pleased with Luis and Chase as well as the other staff members that we spoke to. These are very busy people but once you have their attention they get things done very efficiently . More

Great buying experience. I was looking for a vehicle on the USAA True car link. I saw one I liked, and clicked on it show I was interested. We chatted, and I set up an appointment to come see the vehicle. When I arrived, I was introduced to Kevin, who took great care of me. He brought the car around and left me with it to inspect and test drive. I really appreciated the no pressure sales! I decided to get the vehicle and we did the paperwork in short order, and I was set. Since I did not have a vehicle to trade, Kevin said that he would meet me half way the the next day to get the SUV to me. Everyone there was awesome, treated me exceptionally well.
