Not being able to travel the 500 miles to look at the car, we had to rely on their reputation via reviews as well as the pictures and CarFax. When I contacted the dealership, Luis answered the phone and answered all of my questions as best he could. He also provided me with additional video of particular things about which I was concerned. He connected me with Chase and the two of them helped us through a complicated and stressful transaction very efficiently. We had the car shipped and are driving it now. I must say that they did not misrepresent it in any way and it is 95+ percent of what I hoped it would be. I could not be more pleased with Luis and Chase as well as the other staff members that we spoke to.
