I shopped with this dealer looking for a used vehicle. Among the things they did included trying to prevent me from having a vehicle independently inspected, telling me the price was negotiable when it wa Among the things they did included trying to prevent me from having a vehicle independently inspected, telling me the price was negotiable when it was not, denying the accident history of a vehicle and falsifying a vehicle valuation report. Now, these things are relatively common for used car dealers but this is not a 5/5 dealer. The falsified vehicle valuation report was a fake Kelly Blue Book report with made up numbers by the sales department. These numbers did not come close to the actual KBB report I had in hand or the report generated on the computer at the dealership. The management department later claimed that Marietta Auto Sales does not refer to KBB at all. More

I stumbled across Marietta Auto Sales while looking for a car to replace my beloved Mopar 11 Charger. I wanted to get something a little more reliable and economical and had the idea of a Honda or Toyota but found all of the dealerships I had visited to be lacking in quality or courtesy. One place I visited the salesman even called me sweetie, asked to speak to my husband, and then TOLD me I shouldn’t get one of the vehicles I was looking at and I’d be much happier with a minivan or huge SUV. The last dealership I needed and honestly it should have been the FIRST one I visited was Marietta Auto Sales. Their vast selection and detailed descriptions as well as transparent ads for each vehicle drew me in, but their quality vehicles and AMAZING professionalism had me return the next day. My husband and I test drive at least 5 cars, and after disagreeing on what vehicle I should get, returned the next morning and settled on a 2018 Toyota C-HR. From the moment we drove onto the lot, BRANDON took care of us. Never lost patience at the many vehicles we drove, or seemed stressed when we asked to return the next day. One of the vehicles we were looking at even had an issue with the dash and he said that since it’s not working correctly the car would be returned to auction, which gave me comfort in the fact that any vehicles with known issues would be cleared from the lot. He hooked us up with a great deal, and the finance manager helped us and talked us into the warranty plan for the vehicle which is now bringing me great peace of mind. Even included the two year maintenance plan which I am SO happy about now. They worked with us to get the payment onto a good price we felt very comfortable with and explained every step of the way. I cannot recommend BRANDON enough, working on getting my brother to purchase his first vehicle now and if he buys from a dealer I’ll be bringing him here 100%. I’ll be back when I need a new car also! More
