I contacted this dealership stating my terms-my vehicle as trade (via Kelley Blue Book value) and $20,000 cash for their car. Andre asked for my VIN and pictures. He responded that he would show the info to his manager and get back to me. Only eight minutes later he sends an "offer" that is 28% more than my terms and includes financing. It included a $1700 "dealer prep fee". I think we all know what that is. I wrote back that, if my terms were egregious, why would he continue the conversation? He never responded. Basically, he wasted my time. More
