I made an appointment to get an oil change for my car. I went there on the day and at the time of the appointment, but they told me they were very busy and couldn’t do the oil change right then, so they s I went there on the day and at the time of the appointment, but they told me they were very busy and couldn’t do the oil change right then, so they scheduled me for four days later, on Monday. I accepted this with understanding, and on Monday—four days later—I went in for the oil change. I dropped off the car, and they kept me waiting for three hours just for the oil change, saying, “It’ll be ready in a minute,” “It’ll be ready in a minute,” until, three hours later, I was finally able to pick up my car . The organization in the service department is terrible. More
