This review gives me no pleasure but it must be written. Marhoffer has gone downhill!!! Their voice recording which seems all you ever get is a lie!! Great customer experience??? No way! Purchased a GM Marhoffer has gone downhill!!! Their voice recording which seems all you ever get is a lie!! Great customer experience??? No way! Purchased a GM vehicle from another dealership (after I purchased a new $72k vehicle from Marhoffer two years prior and $2k over invoice) and they did everything not to service the manufacturer's defects. The vehicle had less than 5k miles. The service department experience was horrific. Chris and Emil gave me the runaround about honoring GM's 3yr/36k mile bumper to bumper. It would cost their dealership nothing because GM would reimburse them. When they finally adjusted the gaps in my vehicle, Marhoffer collision left scratches on my extra optioned paint and the inside and outside was covered with half wiped off cleaning compound. Chris contacted me via email and asked for photos. I sent a minimum of six. Then he said he would look into a part for my vehicle, order it and contact me. Almost three weeks later, NOTHING! Emily was AWESOME and really tried to help but the service department management was behaving as if they were doing me a favor. It seems if you don't buy from them, they don't care about your GM automobile experience. Marhoffer has ruined their reputation and are on the verge of destroying GM's brand!! They have lost a customer and GM is on the verge of losing one as well. More

I was in for an oil change with my father's 2017 Chevrolet Equinox--in excellent shape--with just under 35,000 miles. I mentioned that I am selling the car, and since it was from Ron Marhofer I would give them a chance to buy back the car. I have other offers. I do not need to sell it back to the dealership, but I thought that based on my father's relationship with Ron Marhofer it would make sense to offer the car back. The salesmen were "busy" hurdling over chairs on the sales floor, so apparently no one had time to buy back a car. It is a shame that a dealership that used to value human relationships has devolved into a data-driven, impersonal business. YIKES. More
