I had a warning light on my new Pacifica. When I took it to the dealership David Denson scanned it right away in the service drive and went over it with me. Not only was he very courteous but When I took it to the dealership David Denson scanned it right away in the service drive and went over it with me. Not only was he very courteous but he was extremely competent. He kept the car until it was repaired and sent me a photo of the fault they found, he could tell how concerned I was about taking my new car on a road trip when it might have a fault but by sharing what they found I felt much better about driving it. They received my car June 24th and it took them until July 19th to put a new transmission into a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee . The cost of me having to rent a car for that period was $1,500. Then they refu July 19th to put a new transmission into a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee . The cost of me having to rent a car for that period was $1,500. Then they refused to cover the cost of a new cooler damaged by the transmission failure and two new coolant lines which cost me another $2,500 , a bunch of CROOKS! My car had original factory warranty and an extended Platnum warranty that was not willing to cover anything . When my car was returned it was filthy and stuff normally in the storage areas was all over the inside of the car Terrible experience !!! More
