Service advisor was not friendly. I was definitely over charged I payed 1000 dollars in labor for a 3 hour job this ridiculous and then 700 dollars for Freon. I was at this location on November 2019, to repair my Jeep Wrangler in the service shop yet again. I had been thinking of purchasing a different vehicle to save money on monthly payments with the high co Jeep Wrangler in the service shop yet again. I had been thinking of purchasing a different vehicle to save money on monthly payments with the high cost of Wrangler repairs. I purchased a Jeep Renegade that day and sold the Wrangler saving about $130.00 a month. By the first weekend in January 2020, the check service light was already on. I made an appointment online that weekend only to wait an hour to drop of the vehicle making me late for work. 4 weeks later, $1,300 worth of repairs, and lack of communication I was frustrated. I am worried I was sold a lemon and the dealer who assisted me already was "no longer there". I complained to management (Service/Sales) and spoke to someone in Finance about purchasing a warranty at a ridiculous price of almost $300.00 (defeats the entire purpose of purchasing the new vehicle). I won't be back, I have been paying the cost of my old vehicle to my new loan just in case (which has also been a nightmare w/ GTE Financial) if it acts up again I will go to another Jeep dealership here in Florida trade it in and get a new vehicle. More

Wish I could give it zero stars. Wasted two days without a car for them to tell me they lost my keys on the first day. Even lied and said they changed my oil before they lost the keys and were not gonna cha a car for them to tell me they lost my keys on the first day. Turns out they never changed the oil and I had to call three times before they finally admitted to LYING! Literally had no car for 2 days and nothing at all was done. Awful awful awful. I dropped my 2017 Jeep Wrangler off at the service center on Friday 2/12 at 11:30 am. Was informed that the part for my windshield wiper motor was there and that I could wait or they would call me when read on Friday 2/12 at 11:30 am. I opted for the ladder, I realized later that day that no one had contacted me. I called the dealership at 4:30 pm and was told Garret my service advisor was gone but John would get back to me when he finished up with a customer. I called back 45 mins later and was told all service techs were gone for the day. Asked to be called ASAP on Sat 2/13 on the status of my car. Did not hear from them, called at 8:15am 2/13 and was put on hold for 20mins. Than called back again at 11;00am and was informed that Jordan the tech was not in on Sat and that the Jeep was not ready. I informed them that I need it as soon as possible on Monday, no later than 4:oopm, and did get a rental car since I was covered under warranty. Had to go personally to pick up the car from enterprise which took over an hour to pick up. I had to work late afternoon. I called 8:00am Monday morning did get to speak with Garret, he was supposed to call me when the tech was working on my Jeep and keep me updated on the status of my Jeep. I called again at 10:45am for an update and he told me the tech was working on it right then and he would call me when completed. Called again after my day at work 3:45pm and after being on hold, I was transferred to Garret who informed me he was just going to call to let me know my Jeep was done. I asked if I was getting any compensation for this huge delay that should have been a few hours. For 3 days without my vehicle, he gave me a measly $35 for inconvenience. This service was the worst service I have ever had and the Jeep is only 3 years old how does a windshield wiper motor die after just 3 years? Very unsatisfied and frustrated. More
