I sit here going into the fourth hour. I booked online; arrived and asked for the service advisor that had been assigned to me by the Arrigo system. I was informed by the employee that saw me that that pe arrived and asked for the service advisor that had been assigned to me by the Arrigo system. I was informed by the employee that saw me that that person wasn't with the dealership for a "long" time. He instructed me where to park my vehicle, to roll my driver's side window down, leave the keys in the vehicle and the process would start. I went to the waiting area. An hour and a half later, I looked up from working and realized that someone should have contacted me. Went to the service desk. After five minutes one of the service techs asked me who was helping me...obviously no one! He is the only one who has shined to any degree. He got to work and put me into the system pretty quickly. Now, I sit..again, into the fourth hour of being here...more than an hour and a half since they officially processed an oil change and tire rotation. I gave them two stars...they probably deserve a 1. More

we walked up to service area and was greeted by a very rude sales guy, told us we had to pull the Jeep up before he would talk with us :( . He turned away from us and just started talking to someone that WALKED up after we did! The guy at the counter taking our info was good, he set us up and provided paperwork and details, all good there. We wanted an oil change and tires rotated. This was the first service for a new 2020 Oscar Mike. We wanted to have the spare tire rotated along with the rest and he noted that on the paperwork. On our way out I did notice some of the paper mats that get placed in your vehicle to keep it clean during service so I figured it was going to be a nice job. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, there was only one person at the desk who continued to work with someone that said they didn't have the money to pay. We waited and waited and finally he asked what we were there for. We said for "pick up and that we had our first service completed". He said ok but didn't get anyone to work with us, we waited another 15 minutes before someone dressed like a manager asked if we had been waited on, we said no and told him that we wanted to pick up our Jeep and we could see it out front with the completed tag on it, he took us to payment center and went to see what the hold up was. Payment center had no documentation and didn't know what to tell us, we just walked away. When we finally was provided with the paperwork and the key, we went out to the Jeep and saw first thing that the spare had not been rotated. I went back inside to let them know and all he said was " I wrote it on the work slip, you can see it" well that didn't get done! When we went back out to check the rest we noticed that there was greasy finger prints all over our hood locks and hood, and then no paper mats on the carpet and oily foot prints on the carpet. Not expecting a full detail, however, whenever I brought my new vehicles in for service they always returned with windows clean, a quick vacuum and paper mats down. Not the service we expected as first time customers! It really showed lack of management and possible training on how to treat Joe Public! Not a Fan! More

I had very great experience. We went in for an oil change and tire rotation I dropped off my car and my fiancé’s car and came back an hour and a half later and they were both ready to go. Service advisor was not friendly. I was definitely over charged I payed 1000 dollars in labor for a 3 hour job this ridiculous and then 700 dollars for Freon. I was at this location on November 2019, to repair my Jeep Wrangler in the service shop yet again. I had been thinking of purchasing a different vehicle to save money on monthly payments with the high co Jeep Wrangler in the service shop yet again. I had been thinking of purchasing a different vehicle to save money on monthly payments with the high cost of Wrangler repairs. I purchased a Jeep Renegade that day and sold the Wrangler saving about $130.00 a month. By the first weekend in January 2020, the check service light was already on. I made an appointment online that weekend only to wait an hour to drop of the vehicle making me late for work. 4 weeks later, $1,300 worth of repairs, and lack of communication I was frustrated. I am worried I was sold a lemon and the dealer who assisted me already was "no longer there". I complained to management (Service/Sales) and spoke to someone in Finance about purchasing a warranty at a ridiculous price of almost $300.00 (defeats the entire purpose of purchasing the new vehicle). I won't be back, I have been paying the cost of my old vehicle to my new loan just in case (which has also been a nightmare w/ GTE Financial) if it acts up again I will go to another Jeep dealership here in Florida trade it in and get a new vehicle. More
