Truck was in the shop for a couple days shy of a month and I received zero calls on the status of the truck. The service guy that was working with me was great. He kept me informed and was so nice. The actual mechanic that test drove my car with me is the best! Brian Crystal was very professional took care of my warranty issue and got it taken care of and record time and very pleased with the service and the new product installed . Since this one opened this is my second charger and I've been taking it there for updates from the factory and any other recalls. The place is clean and the staff is polite and friendly. I would definitely give the sales department a chance to earn my business when I'm ready to upgrade and several years. Hopefully some form of the charger will still exist. More
