Would give no starts if possible. Service reps were rude and often confused. Waited 2 hours - nothing happened and reps didn't know where car was. About one month ago, I brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and a list of service items. Some issues were addressed and I was also informed that I needed a new "radio" and they were on backorder. Within 2 days, I noted that I had the same exact issues of which some are safety related. Nobody takes the time to properly diagnosis issues. The service guy that was working with me was great. He kept me informed and was so nice. The actual mechanic that test drove my car with me is the best!
