Horrible place to do business the staff and mechanics in the service department have no knowledge of how to diagnose vehicles and they try to rob you because they think that people dont know how to work on the service department have no knowledge of how to diagnose vehicles and they try to rob you because they think that people dont know how to work on cars so they take advantage of that. unfortunately for this dealership im a certified mechanic and they tried to tell me that my car needed $4500 in parts to fix it. Totally not the case i fixed it and needed no parts at all.. Its not a good way to do business or keep customers coming back!! More

Would give no starts if possible. Service reps were rude and often confused. Waited 2 hours - nothing happened and reps didn't know where car was. When Director interceded when I complained, still waited 1 and often confused. Waited 2 hours - nothing happened and reps didn't know where car was. When Director interceded when I complained, still waited 1 hour and then another 1/2 hour after car was finished to process paperwork. Then when went to pay - waited again for clerk to return. Nearly 4 hours for an oil change. Parting words from service rep was "It's too bad you chose to come here." Customer Service and Friendliness get 0 stars. More
About one month ago, I brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and a list of service items. Some issues were addressed and I was also informed that I needed a new "radio" and they were on backorder. After waiting approximately one month for the part to arrive, I was called and I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in the next day. I waited for the "radio" to be replaced. Within 2 days, I noted that I had the same exact issues of which some are safety related. Nobody takes the time to properly diagnosis issues. I so very much regret being the owner of two Jeeps at the same time. More

I removed the car without repair and totally dissatisfied! More
