Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram is the worst car brands way too many recalls. The new owners of Arrigo are horrible the service department just can’t get it right. Waited 4.5 hours for an oil change. Nothing was ever communicated during my wait. I went and questioned why was it taking so long , only to be told it would be 15 minutes that turned into a hour. It was ok. I'm upset now. Realized window sticker which is normally used to remind me of next service due. Shows last svc 8-3-21; w/15221 miles. was there 3-3-21 just over 10,000 miles. Horrible place to do business the staff and mechanics in the service department have no knowledge of how to diagnose vehicles and they try to rob you because they think that people dont know how to work on the service department have no knowledge of how to diagnose vehicles and they try to rob you because they think that people dont know how to work on cars so they take advantage of that. unfortunately for this dealership im a certified mechanic and they tried to tell me that my car needed $4500 in parts to fix it. Totally not the case i fixed it and needed no parts at all.. Its not a good way to do business or keep customers coming back!! More
