Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram is the worst car brands way too many recalls. The new owners of Arrigo are horrible the service department just can’t get it right. Waited 4.5 hours for an oil change. Nothing was ever communicated during my wait. I went and questioned why was it taking so long , only to be told it would be 15 minutes that turned into a hour. It was ok. I'm upset now. Realized window sticker which is normally used to remind me of next service due. Shows last svc 8-3-21; w/15221 miles. was there 3-3-21 just over 10,000 miles.
