Brian, the service rep was great. I did wait 3 hours at service center before my car was ready. No one came to update me during the 3 hours. The waiting area was great so I was able to work remotely. I did the suggested 20k mile check up and oil change. I feel like $355 is steep for the suggested checkup. Luckily the facility is nearby my home, but I never look forward to changing oil there. I not impress with my last visit. I brought in my truck for repairs, the repairs was done on the fuel pump and on the same day I took my truck home I had the same exact problem . The following day I towed my truck in was told it was a different part that gone bad. I believe that the wrong part was replace. Well, I'm not a mechanic but just don't believe it. Anyway, I was told by the service manager that they were going to buy the part from another dealership and they they will get it the following day. I waited a couple of days and no one called with an update so I came to Arrigo .I was told that the other dealership had change their mind in selling Arrigo the part. I was then given another date and again since I didn't get a call after the given date I came to Arrigo again. I was given another date. Anyway, theirs a gentleman in Sales now do called me and is given me the updates, More

Where to begin. Made an appointment 10 days prior. Arrive at scheduled time to a completely vacant service drive and told to wait for a service writer. Waited 30 minutes in this service lane with 4 service w at scheduled time to a completely vacant service drive and told to wait for a service writer. Waited 30 minutes in this service lane with 4 service writers sitting in the AC not moving to assist. Finally a mechanic who was passing by said go inside. Finally go inside and get attended. This service is ridiculous and really makes sense why the service drive was empty because people know this place is horrible at attending customers. I then asked about emptying a rear differential and was given a price of 275 plus tax. When I informed jiffy lube offered 99 plus tax just got told ok well thats your call. Completely ridiculous attendance and process. Honest recommendation for the dealership is out with the old and get new writers who will do their job. More
