14 calls to service dept. No one wanted to tell me what was going on with my jeep for 3 days. One gentleman named Johnathan actually answered and helped. I brought in Jeep for 2 issues. 1 was the start was going on with my jeep for 3 days. One gentleman named Johnathan actually answered and helped. He was not helpful and the communication from him was terrible. I had to wait over a day for my car. I was told I needed a new cabin air filter even though I had gotten a new one a month ago. I left my car on Tuesday before noon, advisor told me that my car needs oil change, coolant flush, tire computer alignment and differential. The advisor said the mechanics won't finish on that day becaus that my car needs oil change, coolant flush, tire computer alignment and differential. The advisor said the mechanics won't finish on that day because they have a lot of cars to work on, but I can come back the next day at 5pm and my car will be ready. The advisor never called me but he said my car will be ready on Wednesday so I decided to pick up my car on Thursday at 2pm (after 2 days) and the advisor said I had to come back at 5:30 because the car it is not ready yet; So, I told the advisor that I need my car now and will make another appointment to finish with the service when the advisor said that they did not do nothing to my car after 2 days in the shop. In general, worst service, advisors do not ask if customers need help or should be kindness. More
