Brought my car for engine repaired. After the repair the same problem was still occurring. Brought back the next day. I had to call every single day and leaving message for a week with no response. Absolutely horrible! No communication left several messages no cb! Had my truck for 2 weeks had to physically go there 3 times in that 2 weeks to get someone to tell me what was going on!! If I could put a lower rating, I would. My vehicle was damaged by the service tech while performing warranty work. The process to get it repaired took over 2 months and it took them over a week to do the damaged by the service tech while performing warranty work. The process to get it repaired took over 2 months and it took them over a week to do the repair, even though they said it would only take 2 days. Service Manager was worthless. I could never get a hold of him. More
