I did my reservation online for 8:30am, I got there 10 mins later do of heavy rain. I was promptly received by Brian. Everything look pretty good at that point. They took my information and said they will call me when is ready. I booked a oil change and tire rotation. I left and I waited for their call until 2:00pm and I’m wondering what happened I don’t think they supposed to take that long. I called the dealership 4 times and never got attended. And the last call I did Brian put me on hold for ever I hang up after passing 15 min on hold. Finally I decided to go there and when I got there. I saw my car parked and ready. So I proceeded to the service area to ask, and that’s when I got worst. Larry and Brian where the most nasty and disrespectful people. I have deal as a customer. I ask Larry to help me on picking up my car, and he told me get your rep. I told him I don’t know who’s my rep!!!! There was a lot of people, also you should not direct me?? Then I ask for Brian and Brian told me did I call you?? Did I said your car was ready?? I was like wooo!! At that point I said hey I’m coming for my car since 8:45am my car is being here it was 4:00pm when I got there. So he said oh, Rashad is in charge of your car… so I went to Rashad and first thing he said was oh I called you!!! I was like really!! No voicemail, no text message, etc. So I just want to provide that feedback because that’s not a way of serving people.
