The margate service center consistently continues to disappoint and offer sub-standard customer service. I am constantly sent coupons from "ARRIGO DODGE" and when I try to use them at this location's se disappoint and offer sub-standard customer service. I am constantly sent coupons from "ARRIGO DODGE" and when I try to use them at this location's service center, I am constantly met with resistance and or even turned away as the coupon will not be honored. Communication from service advisors and service managers are never consistent and it is extremely frustrating. Unless this is addressed I will not be returning to this location, and based on the other customers that I have been around while there, I am confident I am not alone. More

I’ve never been treat so horribly as a customer in my life. Between the service manager telling me not to flip out- to my service advisor hanging up on me- being charged $900 by enterprise because servic life. Between the service manager telling me not to flip out- to my service advisor hanging up on me- being charged $900 by enterprise because service advisor didn’t renew the rental in time- to keeping my vehicle for 2 months (didn’t even detail the vehicle) - then having back the vehicle after two months and check engine light came back on 3 days after- then getting a call a month later asking for my vehicle mileage and VIN #- The worst experience with a dealership I ever.
