Three weeks since my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 with under 3500 miles on it died! Still no action from Dealership, No Action From Chrysler Customer Care & No Action from Warranty!!! I had to call to see if my vehicle was done. It was just an oil change. And when I got there the writer wasn’t at his desk and the other writers up there wouldn’t check me out. The service department is shocking. I come here because I live close by. But this is the last time I'll be going here.
