Emailing you would be pointless as even if you offered me free service for the life of my vehicles I would not visit your dealership again. I also own a Nissan vehicle and when I take it there for service for the last 5 years, I have never experienced anyone who works there being so unaware of what customer service is. It completely blows my mind how some (not all) of your associates are so rude and make a visit there so unpleasant. Like I said previously it’s not just me, because I’ve seen customers ahead of me getting the same treatment.
