Majorly understaffed in service Dept which leads to extremely long service times amd zero communication. Are not as thorough on double checking finished work which leads to return visits and more custo extremely long service times amd zero communication. I’ll leave just with this. Old guy at the door when I pull up tells me that I need an appointment and I told him I called yesterday… and his response was. That was then today is today. Sunroof wouldn't close and they needed the car for 2 days - because debris was in my sunroof track??? They didn't look at that on day one? I paid for 3 hours of labor for debris to be blown off the track. - because debris was in my sunroof track??? They didn't look at that on day one? The service department was straight forward. The only problem I have was when calling to find out if my car was ready. I went through the prompts to reach service only to be led in circles and back to th problem I have was when calling to find out if my car was ready. I went through the prompts to reach service only to be led in circles and back to the same operator. When reached to service department, they didn’t have enough information about what the progress was on my vehicle. I asked what the quote would be on my vehicle and they didn’t even know what a quote meant. It was a bit inconvenient but my car worked properly and the staff took care of me well at the dealership in person! Would still recommend! More
