The staff were professional and polite, however the lack of communication was frustrating. Our car was there 9 days and we would have to call to find out what was going on. We and our children have purchased all of our cars from Arrigo for the last 18 years, but have our services done else where because of the continuing issues with service department and it makes us question whether we will purchase another vehicle from you as the stress of having to deal with the service department is getting to much.
