My service advisor was excellent however I came In for some warranty and service work. I had an oil change done on my Jeep which only takes 5 quarts and was charged for 6. I have made numerous calls to some warranty and service work. I had an oil change done on my Jeep which only takes 5 quarts and was charged for 6. I went in for an oil change, tires and to have a fuse changed for one of my outlets. When I met with the customer service person they told me that the oil and tire guys can't change fuses so I would have changed for one of my outlets. When I met with the customer service person they told me that the oil and tire guys can't change fuses so I would have to see two different departments to have my issues taking care of. They said it would take at least all day and possibly overnight so I told them to forget the fuse. After 2 hours of waiting they called me and told me that they didn't have my tires in stock. I told them okay forget the tires then, just give me the oil change. An hour and a half later I was told it was finished. So basically I sat there for three and a half hours to get my oil changed. It seems like your service advisors have attitude problems, they are not welcoming at all. When you walk through the door they look at you like you’re stupid, don’t even acknowledge you. Even if they don’t have a customer in front of them, they will ignore you, I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to be helped, I finally had to walk up to somebody and ask. They always use the excuse, “We are short on staff” they’ve been using that excuse for years, and I’m short on patience. More
