I get that they may have been working on accounts, but when the phone rang, it was answered or when a coworker came over, the typing stopped and conversation were had. So, whatever was on the computer could be paused to take a phone call or talk to another Arrigo employee but it couldn’t be interrupted for 3 seconds to acknowledge the live, in person customer. So I’m just standing there like the invisible person, totally ignored. Not even a “hello, we’ll be right with you”. We’re talking customer service 101 here. It wasn't like the place was packed. It was me, standing there. Then another person walked in and, again, no one looked up or said anything..... type, type, type and take phone calls. I literally contemplated calling the service department just to get someone to talk to me because the people that called and hadn’t made the trip all the way to the dealership, got immediate attention while I’m standing there wondering why I had bothered making an appointment. Other than that, everything was fine. More

The 240 amp alternator burned up the batteries and even after replacing the alternator and paying $654 for two batteries the technician still insisted there was an electrical issue of a 2.5 amp draw after the vehicle was turned off and wanted to keep my vehicle another day at $184 an hour. I took my vehicle back and had two other vehicle repair shops look at my vehicle and neither found anymore issues. More
