It was the worst experience ever. Nothing like HGreg Nissian. The staff were just sitting around not acknowledging any of the customers I waited in line for 20 minutes with over 5 men Nothing like HGreg Nissian. The staff were just sitting around not acknowledging any of the customers I waited in line for 20 minutes with over 5 men behind the counters with only 1 other customer at a desk. When I finally was called to the desk the guy wasn’t friendly or apologetic. I was told one thing when I made the appointment and at the appointment of course bait and switch I was told something else. When it was time to get my car the guy just gave me my keys. I was standing there waiting for further instructions of course there wasn’t any, so I looked outside I didn’t see my car so i asked him so where do I go to get my car. He point to someone outside and said oh if it’s not out there then give it to that guy and they’ll go get it. Smh the worst. I went outside as instructed the guy asked where’s the car I told him I don’t if I knew I’ll go find it myself. At least at Nissan they pull the car around for you and give you a run down of what what done and what needs to be done or when next to come back. This place did none of the above. I’m so sorry that I even bought a car with such lousy service. More

When I got there I wasn’t told I had to go talk to a supervisor. Then when the nice gentleman outside saw me sitting there he brought me over.
