I was unhappy with the service guy I had. He wasn't friendly at all. When I walked into the service department it was him and another guy that wasn't helping anyone but the other guy didn't s He wasn't friendly at all. When I walked into the service department it was him and another guy that wasn't helping anyone but the other guy didn't see me. The guy that helped me looked at me for a minute like he was waiting for the other guy to help me. It was when I said excuse me when he decided to ask me how could he help me. I told him what I wanted and after he pulled up my information he made the comment saying this is your last free oil change so be prepared to pay for the next oil changes from here on out. He made me feel like I was a bigger or someone that goes around trying to get things for free. Those free oil changes came with my vehicle I didn't ask for them! Its not so much of what he said it's how he said it. This was the first time I wasn't happy with my service rep, I have never had an issue. Outside of that my visit wasn't the best but it was ok. If I would've had time I probably would've went to another dealership to have my vehicle serviced. More
