I was not pleased with the service! I brought my PT Cruiser in because it was overheating. A few days later I received a call from them saying that the cause was the cooling fan not wor I brought my PT Cruiser in because it was overheating. A few days later I received a call from them saying that the cause was the cooling fan not working properly. The cost was $1,799.15 to replace the fan. I picked the vehicle up, and I didn't even make it home before it overheated. I brought it back, this time they said it was a bad radiator cap. I picked the car up, and once again it overheated. I brought it back AGAIN, and now they're saying that I may need a new motor!!!! 😖 More
I was satisfied with the work and was fixed very fast. However I couldnt pick my car up before they closed so the woman said she would leave the paperwork with the guys to pick up in the morning at 730.am However I couldnt pick my car up before they closed so the woman said she would leave the paperwork with the guys to pick up in the morning at 730.am When I got there at 730 they said they couldnt find it and I had to wait til the main office opened at 9am. I waited only to find out it was there all the time they were too lazy to look properly. I realize they are busy but its very frustrating because I realized If I had asked them to look again they would have gotten angry. I didnt say anything but I feel they could be trained better in customer service. More

Bought a $295 detail service that ended up being like a $50 detail. Outside was pretty good but inside was terrible they didn’t wipe any of the door frames or use any leather cleaner or dash guard. The Service Rep I showed agreed but I don’t know if they’ll honor giving me another detail and/or discount. I will update this once I speak to manager and see. The service rep was very nice and did tell me they’d discount me another detail service but we’ll see. More
