I came there to get the four-wheel-drive in my jeep fixed. I was not informed I had to put $150 down for the rental car so that ended up being a huge hassle because I didn’t have that much money in my fixed. On top of that Nothing else went right the issue was never fixed and I’m going to have to take it back to a dealership and get it fixed so I wasted two days of my time because you guys did not fix the problem even though the tech that rode with me accurately diagnosed the issue in the parking lot they then did not have him work on the vehicle and they said it only needed some kind of software update which they did and it didn’t fix the issue at all. This is the second survey I have done stating this and no one ever contacted us. I will be finding a different jeep dealership to go to to have it fixed. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

Worst experience. They asked me to pay $240 for the mechanic diagnostics, and if I decided to do the service there the amount would be discounted, but when I returned They asked me to pay $240 for the mechanic diagnostics, and if I decided to do the service there the amount would be discounted, but when I returned to the dealer, they said that my balance for the check up was $480 because the mechanic spent another 2hrs, but nobody call me to let me about the extra cost and to confirm if I will agree to pay it. Besides, my car has a lot of recalls and only one was fixed. I feel so deceived and disrespected. The whole service from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was HORRIBLE. I really love the new Pacific model, but my experience was so bad, that I’d rather buy a smaller SUV from another company than have to go back on that dealership again. More
