Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation. Service took about 2hr, not bad at all I did not make an appointment. My only concern was the tires were over inflated all for tires at 55psi Wow Service took about 2hr, not bad at all I did not make an appointment. If I could give this zero stars I would! We have been to this dealership repeatedly for the same issues they are unresponsive they do not care! They were supposed to tighten a seat and left We have been to this dealership repeatedly for the same issues they are unresponsive they do not care! I went into the dealership to find out what was going on and they notified me then oh we need to order a part again. No phone call no nothing just left her car sitting there for no reason knowing they couldn’t do a xxxx thing and nobody cared and I lost an hour and a half waiting to pick up the car because they were ready to just leave it there until the parts came in possibly in a week to two weeks. There is no accountability and they just do crappy work time after time and if it wasn’t for the fact that it was under warranty and they were the ones who caused the problem I would never step foot back in this dealership ever as long as I live More

First off, I had an appointment at 1pm and when I arrived I was not approached by anyone for approximately 20 minutes. When finally the service member assign to me paid attention to me, Then, I was almost im I was not approached by anyone for approximately 20 minutes. When finally the service member assign to me paid attention to me, Then, I was almost immediately told to come back another day. This was unacceptable. After speaking with a “manager” I was told if I would wait till 6pm. Mind you, this is before they had a chance to look at my car and give any kind of estimated time. So I waited outside for about 1:30 hour to observe that my car was park (untagged) next to the opening of the service center lane and stayed there while other customers come and go for service. I observed at least 3 customers vehicles being taken to the mechanic bay after i arrive and my car just stayed there unattended. I am really confused as to the treatment. The service member seems to be distracted and really gave off a sense that did not care for my situation. So I decided to leave to another dealer where they attended me immediately and fixed my problem the next morning. This is the first time, out of many years of going to car service centers, that I was neglected for no apparent reason. I ask why and I was told they were booked. If that was the case why would they take other customers after I arrived? Very confusing and a huge waste of my time. I believe education is needed in your service center. This was the first and last time I will use your service. The experience was absolutely horrible. No one should be treated this way in any circumstances. I want not offered an apology in any way. Terrible!!! More
