It was not the best experience. I left my car at 9am, and by 1 pm no one contacted me. After calling several times and being place on hold always, one of the agents even told me tha I left my car at 9am, and by 1 pm no one contacted me. I was finally able to talk to another perdon who at least showed interest in my issue. I paid for an oil change that I did not need, but what I wanted was to check what the car needed. I was provided chank point revision with the same recommendations I got a ear ago. Meaning, you did not check the car in over y hours it was there. I hope at least the oil change I paid for, was compleated. More
