Scheduled twice as a supposed VIP treatment. Waited 7 hours, 3.5 hrs two days in a row to be told part had to be ordered but would be in the next day. Was told by Arrigo service advisor that my Jeep Wrangler required replacements of the main battery and of the auxiliary battery. These were not replaced. Service ticket stated these were good, and electri required replacements of the main battery and of the auxiliary battery. These were not replaced. Service ticket stated these were good, and electrical system were operating as supposed to. Next day I had to have Jeep jump started. I had it towed to Joey Accardi who diagnosed that the two batteries were faulty. They were replaced under warranty. No problems since they repaired as Arrigo had stated. You caused me a lot of problems. You have lost my business. More
Couldn’t get them to anyone on the phone at one point to see what the issue was with my vehicle. Promised me one thing and did the complete opposite.
