I’m pretty easy to bamboozle in a car dealership, and lots of dealerships from other brands, have tried to take advantage of that. I also tend to have an overestimation of my credit worthiness. Arrigo has a knack for bringing me back to reality in a gentle way. In particular, Henry James jump through a lot of hoops to introduce me to the world of leasing. The way I replace vehicles (On average once every two years), Was really dragging me down. Giving me the opportunity to lease my new vehicle took a lot of pressure off my finances, And brought me very close to what I was hoping for when I walked in to the dealership. Everyone throughout the entire process was gracious and informative. For the first time in a long time, I felt good walking out of an auto dealership.. More
