Scam! !! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE NEW OWNERSHIP AT ARRIGO!!! The sales guy gives me an estimate of payments (which I didn't care about, just wanted the !! Then we walk in to meet the finance guy Ian Abelson. Ian tells me he got me a deal with a tire and wheel protection package and key protection package thrown in for free and the payment stays the same. When I ask to see the details, he's trying to just get me to sign and "don't worry about it because the payment is the same". After insisting, he let's me read everything on his desktop display....he added $6000.00 to the price. They estimated the original payment at 12% interest on a new truck with a 700 credit score. This is a common scam. Then they drop the rate to a normal rate and fill the difference with added charges telling you they threw it in and your payment is the same. Ian also tried to sell me a warranty for 3k more than what dodge sells the exact plan for online. After matching the real price, I asked about the lift that is on the truck. The warranty states the coverage only works up to a 4 inch lift. I suspect it could have a higher one. I ask for the invoice from California Customs (aftermarket outfitter who did things to the new truck before the dealer sells it) so I can see what lift. Ian says he will get it to me but don't worry the lift is covered and the manager will sign it saying it's covered. So I buy the truck and warranty. After leaving, Ian never sends me the paperwork. So I reach out several times via phone, text and email. Ian then replies and sends me an invoice for a truck where a manager signed saying it was covered. The problem is the signature is not legible and no one will give me the name of who approved it. Even worse, the paper he had signed is for my 2017 Ram that I traded in. So Ian gave me a document saying the lift on the truck I traded in is now warranteed. I told him, and after days of back and forth, he sends me a non-warranty document where he just wrote "lift is covered" with no signature or anything. I also never received the invoice from California Customs, so I have no idea what was actually done to the truck. I don't know if it's a 4 inch lift or greater. Then, I find out that THEY NEVER PAID OFF MY TRADE IN. So it's has been over a month, I've had to make extra payments on my old truck, that they have had in their possession, that they were supposed to pay off. I have made numerous emails documenting all of this to the sales guy and finance guy to no avail. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ARRIGO. Since they sold to new ownership, they are not the same company.
