The accident happened on 08/18/2020 where you guys said your insurance company would contact me within a couple of days so you have had since 08/18/2020 to "look into this" yet nobody has returned any of my calls or e-mails aside from this response above. I have pictures and written statement from your Service Director claiming responsibility yet nobody has contacted us back. There shouldn't be much for you to "look into" as it is pretty clear cut.
