lack of communication and poor customer service. took my car in they said it would take 5 days, 11 days later and no one had reached out to me to update me about my car, and every time i would call to see n car in they said it would take 5 days, 11 days later and no one had reached out to me to update me about my car, and every time i would call to see no one would answer or return my messages. i had to reach out myself to find out my car was ready which is ridiculous. they also returned my car to me after almost two weeks without a wash. it was worse than when i left it. Came in to service my jeep altitude and saw a new Ram 1500 big horn. Ralph Cius was very professional and helped me get what I felt was a good deal on my trade and on the price of the new truck.
