I will say one thing. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The whole staff is friendly and makes the experience more enjoyable. However there was some lack of communication between staff, and seemed pretty disorganized. Also the rates they offer online are very misleading. I would call beforehand to follow up and ask. Would have been 5 stars for customer service but knocked off 2 for the rest. More
