Would give no starts if possible. Service reps were rude and often confused. Waited 2 hours - nothing happened and reps didn't know where car was. Within 2 days, I noted that I had the same exact issues of which some are safety related. Nobody takes the time to properly diagnosis issues. I so very much regret being the owner of two Jeeps at the same time. More

my car was to be fixed in margate, the service was not good, some of the problems persisted, they damaged the car and refused to fix it! They manipulate the MSRP multiple times trying to confuse you by offering "discounts" while simultaneously increasing the vehicle price way above MSRP to compensate for that. To me this is like those dealers that have a car priced very low to get you in the door but the actual car is never available. So sad, bad business practice. More
