Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram is the worst car brands way too many recalls. The new owners of Arrigo are horrible the service department just can’t get it right. I had to take both my vehicles multiple times to many recalls. The new owners of Arrigo are horrible the service department just can’t get it right. Waited 4.5 hours for an oil change. Nothing was ever communicated during my wait. I went and questioned why was it taking so long , only to be told it would be 15 minutes that turned into a hour.
