The sales is enthusiastically and friendly. But the finance department who did all the paper work took too long to complete due to the car insurance issue which could be fix by other ways. I dropped of my car Thursday for work and never received an update. I picked it up Monday and nothing could be done. No one seemed to know what was happening. Turns out the claim to work was never filed an an update. I picked it up Monday and nothing could be done. No one seemed to know what was happening. Turns out the claim to work was never filed and parts never ordered. I needed up having to pay 60$ in Uber fees to get from/to the dealership and no work was done for 5 days. More
