Flew to complete purchase in person based on a vehicle inspection report that was spotless and arrived only to find that the vehicle had numerous cosmetic defects that weren’t disclosed. Also, the vehicle needed work on the air conditioning system and this was not disclosed either. They claimed no knowledge of this of course. More

They received my car June 24th and it took them until July 19th to put a new transmission into a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee . The cost of me having to rent a car for that period was $1,500. Then they refu July 19th to put a new transmission into a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee . The cost of me having to rent a car for that period was $1,500. Then they refused to cover the cost of a new cooler damaged by the transmission failure and two new coolant lines which cost me another $2,500 , a bunch of CROOKS! My car had original factory warranty and an extended Platnum warranty that was not willing to cover anything . When my car was returned it was filthy and stuff normally in the storage areas was all over the inside of the car Terrible experience !!! More
