All the people that i had contact with at Arrigo were friendly and professional. Ron Lugo was the sales rep and he was very good. I had contact with no less than 6 people. Financial transaction was very smooth (thanks Mike). Did not feel good about my sales transaction at the end. It was very sales-focused with little customer satisfaction.
