This experience with Arrigo has been highly disappointing, unsatisfactory, and misleading. First we drove 3 1/2 hours under the presumption that the price (listed online and told to us by a s disappointing, unsatisfactory, and misleading. First we drove 3 1/2 hours under the presumption that the price (listed online and told to us by a salesman) of our Jeep was 74,000. When we started working on paperwork a 25,000 dollar market price/dealer fee was added making the Jeep over 100,000. We have been Jeep owners for years and no stock Jeep is worth 100K! You all are scamming buyers and should be investigated. Now let’s discuss Fred our salesman. I have never had such an unprofessional experience. If we are buying a 100K vehicle you should not be using curse words. Fred is highly unprofessional and should be reconsider as a salesman. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the number of times he cursed then he commenced to call himself xxxxxxxx trying to joke. THIS IS NOT A JOKE, it was a disgrace and my partner and I were mortified a salesman would ever…EVER use that word. Fred then tried to beg us for a 5 star review because apparently you all “fire people for getting 4 stars.” Well Fred if I could give you 0 stars I would! Aside from his unprofessional manor he did not have any knowledge on the vehicle and was unhelpful! The best part is the fact that our 100K Jeep had to be in the shop in just a few days because there was a service issue where the Jeep was stuck in 4 wheel drive. When we contacted Fred he was clueless was unhelpful So we took matters into our own hands went to an upstanding and professional Jeep dealership in Sarasota where they immediately got us in…yet Fred said they could get us in there till the end of June. The only positive experience we had was with our Financial guy I believe named Michael. Michael was a pleasure to work with, highly professional, and should be the forefront of any customer service. We will NEVER buy from any establishment owned by your company again and we will be ensuring everyone knows the experience we endured. More
