They seem to not be able to follow through on things in regards to mistakes that were made. I ordered my 2023 Durango GT Blacktop Edition back in April 2023. After a few months I received my vehicle, but i regards to mistakes that were made. I ordered my 2023 Durango GT Blacktop Edition back in April 2023. After a few months I received my vehicle, but it did not have the performance hood that was supposed to come with the blacktop edition. So I waited for another couple months becaus the manager said there was a mistake made and that they would fix it. Called Henry and text a few times since then because i did not hear any word at all. Only when I went in person even more months later was I able to speak with Henry. Apparently he had a new number assigned to him so he never got any of my calls and the manager that was helping to handle this left the Margate location and never told anyone else to follow up with this. That was in November 2023 and all that can be said is they FORGOT.... They currently have no idea of the ETA of my hood and now it's December 2023. I can't believe that I have not had this taken care of yet! Left a message with the new manager today, so let's see if I can get some resolution or even a returned call. No offers of any service credit or anything for my troubles. I hope they make this right ASAP! More
