I live about a 4 hour drive from the dealership. This deal was done over the phone and the salesman changed the price several times. When I thought everything was settled, I had made sure to ask if This deal was done over the phone and the salesman changed the price several times. When I thought everything was settled, I had made sure to ask if my wife needed to come with me and was informed “No” that just a copy of her drivers license would be adequate. Upon arrival at the dealership, the price agreed-upon had changed and yes I did need to bring my wife In order to put her on the title. Taking delivery of the vehicle, the orientation was lacking very much. The dealer installed protective film at door handles was very poor and when pointed out, the salesman said those are slapped on when the vehicle arrives and don’t last long in the sun. When I arrived home, I went over the van, more thoroughly and discovered that the tire service kit/compressor is missing. And that in the storage area of one of the second row stow and go seats had some loose nuts and a plastic cap laying in them. Overall, I just left with a feeling of they didn’t care. Not a good representation for Chrysler. More
