I live about a 4 hour drive from the dealership. This deal was done over the phone and the salesman changed the price several times. Upon arrival at the dealership, the price agreed-upon had changed and yes I did need to bring my wife In order to put her on the title. Taking delivery of the vehicle, the orientation was lacking very much. The dealer installed protective film at door handles was very poor and when pointed out, the salesman said those are slapped on when the vehicle arrives and don’t last long in the sun. When I arrived home, I went over the van, more thoroughly and discovered that the tire service kit/compressor is missing. And that in the storage area of one of the second row stow and go seats had some loose nuts and a plastic cap laying in them. Overall, I just left with a feeling of they didn’t care. Not a good representation for Chrysler. More

The management of this dealership and my overall experience was not good at all. I had a really bad experience during the purchasing process at Arrigo, and even after writing to the ownership of th experience was not good at all. Instead of a great buying experience this became a bad car purchasing experience. Very dissappointing all around. Horrible service and customer appreciation. They even forced me into financing my vehicle and made every communication difficult. They promised to send me a check for Uber that i had to take to pick up the vehicle, but nothing came ever.
