I didn't have an appointment but they took me in right away. I was out within an hour completely satisfied. Turns out I didn't need new brakes and or rotors. It's a great feeling to know I can go to Marchese Chevrolet and have service work done without being taken advantage of. In other words, not having to pay for services I don't really need! He even took the time to answer my emails/texts on his day off (Friday) which ultimately lead to my decision to buy the car. His knowledge of the vehicle prior to me buying it was unsurpassed. Upon completion of the sale he took some serious time with me to go over every single option the vehicle had to offer. I obviously didn't absorb everything he said as I was super excited to start driving it. Eric mentioned that should I have any questions about the car to reach out to him which I have done on several occasion.
