From explaining the available packages, and prices, to locating and retrieving the exact vehicle we wanted, my overall experience tells me that if you are looking for a new or used Chevrolet and are within a reasonable distance of their dealership, you would do well to give them a call first!! Also, not only did Ian take his time delivering the vehicle by pointing out the differences between the ‘16 I was turning in and the new ‘19 I was leasing, he also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in general and answered a question about the volume on the door chime, 3 days after we took delivery.
