I cannot say enough about these folks - Shawn Couch found the car I wanted and made the sale pleasant & painless! I have been a customer since I moved here in the 1990's. Not only do they help with the buy the car I wanted and made the sale pleasant & painless! I have been a customer since I moved here in the 1990's. Not only do they help with the buying experience, but Nancy & Paul always make sure the maintenance is done also. I am a widow in my 80's, so their attention to detail is important to me ( they even let me bring my 2 dogs inside when I had an emergency while driving). I wouldn’t take my car back here if my engine blew up, transmission went out, and all 4 tires popped at the same time right in front of the dealership. I spent 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation transmission went out, and all 4 tires popped at the same time right in front of the dealership. I spent 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and 30k maintenance on my vehicle. They did none of the 30k maintenance. The first item on the checklist for 30k maintenance is to replace the windshield wipers. They emailed me after my appointment was made to ask if I wanted my wipers replaced, and I said yes, it’s part of the 30k maintenance. When I arrived I stated again I wanted my wipers replaced as part of the 30k maintenance on my vehicle. They didn’t even do the 30k maintenance at all. Just a regular inspection expected with every vehicle. 3 xxxxing hours for a xxxxing oil change and tire rotate. Absolutely unacceptable. Then they LIED to me and said that tire plugging is illegal (it’s not). They just wanted to sell me tires and rip me off. The service writer claimed there was NO Air leaking from my tire. Interesting since you can SEE the bubbling of air coming out when you spray it with soapy water like you are supposed to. Can’t upload the video so a photo will have to do. And OF COURSE the manager was on lunch, so there was no one to talk to. Then, as I was pissed off, some xxxxxxx said well you’re not a customer anymore so you need to leave. What in the actual xxxx? I just paid you for service. So I get in my car and EVERY SINGLE THING THAT CAN BE ADJUSTED ON MY SEAT WAS MOVED. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CHANGE THE LEAN OF THE SEAT OR LIMBAR CONTROL TO PULL THE CAR INTO YOUR SHOP. More

I found this 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD LTZ on Auto Trader. Best price I had seen with such low mileage. I read reviews and learned how great a dealership it was. I contacted Shawn Couch who was mentioned in all most all reviews as the best salesman and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Even though he wouldn’t be there he made it so my experience was awesome. I worked with Joey Beasenburg, manager and he couldn’t have been any nicer or helpful. Joe Leopold in the finance department was a great guy to work with, no oressure sales. During the whole experience Shawn Couch was in touch with me ensuring things were going smoothly. no payments for 6 months not as advertized Purchased new truck on 04/02/20 Asked for the advertised "no payments for 6 months" was told we have to call the bank to set that up and they are clos Purchased new truck on 04/02/20 Asked for the advertised "no payments for 6 months" was told we have to call the bank to set that up and they are closed now (Thursday afternoon) come back tomorrow and we'll take care of it. I replied I cant get back tomorrow but I'll come Monday morning. I return on Monday to set up my "no payments for 6 months" and was told oh its to late now we cant do that your first payment is due in 45 days. More
