One time they had a $200 part ordered for my squeaky steering column, but did not use it (they "greased the boot" and did not charge me.) Their service is not cheap, but they will correctly identify and fix the problem. Our Highlander (80K) was whining on the highway, making strange noises, spongy brakes. They told us what it would cost to diagnose the problem (bad bearing). Then they gave us the repair cost before doing the work. My husband said the car is running better than it has in many months. Hint: they are super busy, so leave your vehicle if you can or take advantage of their shuttle service. More

I love Maplewood Toyota Whenever I need service, they are always on top of it. Everyone is efficient and polite. And the work is done on time. They are open until midnight. We drove in to see about getting 10,000 mile maintenance. The customer service rep was polite, informative and kind. Said it would be done in two hours. We went shopping and got a text before the two hours were up that the car was done. We picked it up and it had been washed. We live part time in AZ, and we never get as good as service down there. Courteous, competent, comprehensive. I had called about tires. The representative, John, had called my attention to a manufacturer's rebate for the brand and size tire I was looking for. I purchased them a little early in order to meet the rebate deadline and had returned to have the tires mounted when my Prius was due for an inspection. John had communicated with his colleague, Joe, who met and greeted me with full knowledge of my particular situation. He had me in and out in less than an hour. Taking my car in for service is not my most fulfilling activity, but these two guys actually turned it into a positive experience. More
